What incredibly detailed artistry. This reminds me of the best wedding cake I have ever tasted. I went to a wedding of some friends who didn't have any money for the wedding. There were only a couple of us there and they had a small cake which was similar to this one; it was shaped like a present with a bow wrapped around it. It was so pristine and pure. Wedding cakes always seemed gaudy, cheap, and gross with their fake flourescent bulb white clumpy icing that was too sweet. This cake was off white and the icing was dry and smooth. It tasted amazing. They called it fondetta and I believe it was a mixture of fondant with white chocolate. mmmm
That is a cute cake. I love the little couple sitting on top of the luggage. I have heard, however, that fondant itself doesn't taste too good. Maybe it all in who the taster is.

Hey, that clusters map is REALLY cool! Where'd you find that?
And the cake is neat too! Lots of fondant.
What a cool cake!

Sounds yummy Iconoclasm! I know what you mean about most wedding cakes.

I'm sure it is all a matter of opinion. Iconoclasm sure seems to speak highly of it!
I agree with her about the taste of wedding cakes in general.
