Today it is kind of dull outside. Clouds and rain. This was not the case last week. These pictures are from Friday when I took the kids to our local beach at the lake.As you can see from this picture, it was pretty busy there. This is my next door neighbor getting a cup full of water....
to help with the construction of this project he and Alicia are working on. It was a really hot day. The kids seemed to really enjoy themselves in the sand and water.

That looks oh so inviting. Here it is ten thirty in the morning and it is already 92. We hit 101 yesterday! But that is okay, I kinda like the heat!
We haven't had any rain here all day, and it WAS sunny up until just a short time ago. Now the clouds have rolled in and it looks as if we may get some rain. The beach pics look fun1 My kids LOVE the beach.
Oh I love it!!! Water and sand...great combination.
There is nothing like sand and water for having fun!
