Sesame Street days

Sometimes I admit that I miss having a little one here at home...and sitting and watching Sesame Street, snuggling on the couch, taking naps and reading picture books. I felt much more useful during the day than I do now.

I've been struggling to find my sense of purpose now that all of my children are gone to school all day long.

Are you still painting, or did you get sick of it? I hope you are still painting my chickadee bucket. Dave says he's going to build a hearth soon, and hopefully the stone fireplace too!!
You can also visit me if you want to. I am stuck here without a car today because Dave's is in the shop for a week being repaired. I will be painting our living room on this gloomy day.

I've almost forgotten those days of Sesame Street. It seems like so long ago!

Sometimes I miss the Sesame Street days too, but now I have Troy to help me with those cravings for a little person.

Sesame Street didn't hold my neice's and nephew's attention like it did when I was a kid. I was enthralled by it.

I'm sure that you will find your purpose. God probably has something up his sleeve and just around the corner.

I do work inside of my home...but it still doesn't keep me from missing my little ones. I also clean a few houses...so there are days when I am not here.

I know what you mean, I miss it sometimes too. Hey, lets have more!! We haven't caught up to Martha yet, and there's still time.

Oh, that would be so much fun! We watched our newest nephew last night. He's six months old and very cute.

Priscilla, tell the kids we're looking forward to spending time with them this weekend.
