Fun at a friend's Pond

Every other week I go clean a house out in the country. My friends have a large and beautiful piece of property. I always bring the kids and the dog to hang out and swim in one of the ponds there.
My friend has 3 dogs of her own, so she doesn't mind me bringing Sherman. He stays outside with the other dogs. They have a great time running and swimming. Here is Sherman retrieving an empty water bottle one of the kids threw for him.

We are scheduled to go there again tomorrow. It's been overcast and gloomy...rainy today. If it is like this tomorrow I will probably end up leaving Sherman home and it will be an inside day.

Who knows? Maybe it will clear up and be sunny.

Very nice pictures. I love the colors.

It's great that you are able to take Sherm and the kids with you when you go to clean.

Hey, did you find someone to watch Sherman this weekend?

Nope...we have cancelled our trip for several reasons (the dog being only one of them). We are going in August.

It turned out ok because Amy is coming to visit on Friday!

Hi. Yes, I love a hot lemon and honey drink when I have a cold. Unfortunately, with one still at home the chances of a nap are out.
Do you know Justin (Anglican minister in NY)? He just asked me how I linked to you.
And I see that you have lokked at Paul's blog too.

I do not know Justin personally. I found h8im through Ruth's blog. Justin lives in NY city which is about a 6 hour drive from here. I found you through Justin's blog during the discussion of poplular songs when we were 10 years old. You were closest to my age and I checked you out and enjoyed reading.

I linked to Paul's blog just last night through a link on your blog.
