Probably not, but this tree appears to be hugging the fence.There is a tree here in town that fascinates me...actually there are several of them. This tree and wrought iron fence have been here so long that the tree has grown right through and around the fence posts. I'm always amused by it when I walk by. I try to imagine well over 100 years ago when someone put this fence up. I'm sure they never would have imagined that this would happen some day.

That is really neat. There was a tree at my summer camp (when I was a kid) that Indians had tied down as a sappling to mark the path. I will never forget it; all bent and gnarley.

That is cool. We have a few trees that have barbed wire going through them and out the other side from when our proporty was a Sheep Farm, but that tree is cooler. I've never seen a tree with an entire fence going through it!

This tree is an obsession now, I keep coming back to look at the second photo. It just haunts me. It is like the picture you took of the barn, that is still imprinted in my brain. I guess I am way to visual. Thanks for giving me something so moving to think about.

I love the trees! nothing is more fasinating! We have one across the alley with a vine growing way up into the top of the tree. Those bright orange flowers really stand out too.
