The elementary school's band concert was the other night. Audra is seen here in the white dress. The pictures are blurry because I had the camera on museum mode. (no sound or flash) On that setting you either need a tripod...or else hold the picture absolutely still...which is humanly impossible. (especially when zooming in)

It is incredibly hard to take good concert pictures. We took a video at one of Michael's.
School concerts are always so much fun! Ours is next week (orchestra)
Fantastic! Pictures look good. My poor little digital is only 2 mega pixel baby. So I can't even get this kind of quality on indoor shots. You did great.

With the school bands, it always surprises us, even though it shouldn't, how much better the music sounds by the spring concert than it did at the fall concert! And I agree, concert pictures are certainly a challenge.
Being homeschooled, my kids have never had that experience - it's just recitals for them. Which they would rather do without. LOL!
I went to a museum last summer - same thing! No flash and they wouldn't allow tripods either! I was frustrated but always looked for something to prop my camera on and was able to get a couple of decent shots that way.
