This is how I feel when I look at my plate this semester. I don't know how it is going to all pan out, but right now it seems impossible.

I had many, many days when I was sure it could never be done. I'm still not finished, but there is a light at the end of the tunnel, and it was a very long tunnel.
As they say, "One bite at a time."

Your elephant cake looks amazing! I'm hoping to make an elephant cake for a friend as a wedding present. Can you give any tips on how to do this? Are the feet and legs made of cake as well? Any advice would be greatly appreciated. I'd be thrilled if my cake turns even half as nice as yours.
