Old Childhood Friends

While staying with my mother, I've been dabbling a bit with my watercolors. Here is a little watercolor painting of some toys I used to play with as a kid.  They were leftovers from my older brothers.  At some point and time our pet dachshund got a hold of the grumpy one and chewed him up a bit. I think the blue one has a couple of bites out of it too judging by the looks of things.

Maybe that's why the grumpy one is so grumpy. ;) I love your paintings!

I am not certified to be an art teacher. :(

I think you would make an absolutely incredible art instructor. Maybe you don't need to be certified to teach art in Christian schools, and I know for certain you don't for home schoolers (Which should be a compound word but isn't).

I will check my hiding places for the Little People that used to be with the Ferris Wheel and ask my friend if she still has the little contraption. In the meantime, keep adding to your collection. It's pretty impressive.

I saw no shortage of things to paint at your house. But here, I just don't seem to see the same inspiration.

My friend does not have a Ferris wheel, but I do have the Ferris wheel people, including the little black dog with the broken ears (and 2 more of the big Little People).
