Yep. It's Allen's first week at a real summer camp. He went with his friend Sam to a Christian summer camp up in the Adirondack Mountains. Neither boys were at all cooperative in letting me take a good picture of them.
I think at this point the boys were anxious for their mothers to just leave. Anyway...I think it will be a great week for them.Here's to them!

Here I am at Camp Granada
Camp is very entertaining
And they say we'll have some fun if it stops raining.
I went hiking with Joe Spivy
He developed poison ivy
You remember Leonard Skinner
He got ptomaine poisoning last night after dinner.

All the counselors hate the waiters

Oh how that song brings back memories of camp.....Cute pictures, what fun time to remember. So glad you gave us the words, I had forgotten so many of them.

Got your phone call. If the weather is good, I will be at the beach tomorrow afternoon. In the morning we have a dentist appointment.

Now I really miss camp!! I have great memories of Church Camp, one of them is this song.
Reminds me of camp too. They are going to have so much fun.
I loved going to camp. But one time a creature got into my suitcase and ate my snacks. :(
